關於我
我叫Rosanna Walrond，目前29歲。我來自美麗的島國巴貝多，是位英語母語講師。我同時也具備妻子及母親的角色，我會在閒暇時與家人一同出遊，或是唱唱卡拉OK、聽聽音樂、跳跳舞，對了，我還很喜歡看電影。
身為講師的我
我是位數學及英語講師，我同時也在線上教授TESOL。我擁有TESOL的證照及多年的教學經驗。我在母國巴貝多以4歳到11歳的學員為對象教授數學及英語，上課型態包括線上課程及實體一對一課程、團體課程。此外我也曾教過日本人及泰國人、台灣人成人、韓國人學員，學員的程度大不相同。（從初學者到中級者，甚至也有高級者等英語流暢的學員) 我的課程會以學員為中心進行，因為我認為唯有如此才能引出學員的學習潛能，且這也是個能立竿見影的教學方式。在課堂上我會使用免費教材，還會給學員出作業。為了不讓你上完就忘光光還給我，我會在課後寄送包含課堂上提到的話題等的課程回饋給你。此外，我還會活用褒獎機制，適時鼓勵學員，增強你的自信心。我最開心的就是學員在課堂上對我提問，因為這代表你有了學習的意欲，也證明你能在我的課上自在發言，我會在課堂空隙及最後留幾分鐘給各位學員一些學習上的建議。
