日頃 なかなか まわりの人や友人には話しずらい片付けの悩みを まったくの第三者の方にマン・ツー・マンで聞いていただけることは、とても貴重な機会だと思いました。
思いつくままに、自分で好きなように自由に これまで片付けについて感じていたことを 話して行くなかで、腑に落ちることや 気づきも生まれ、それを良い感じであと押ししてくださったり、お智慧もいただけて、心強かったです。
同じ講座を繰り返し受講することもできる、ということですので、片付けながら、また、時々 サポートをお願いしたいと思いました。
