Cherry Blossom Viewing in Fukushima

Apr 6, 2019

I went to a neighboring prefecture Fukushima to see cherry blossoms. There is a famous spot named ‘Hanamiyama Park’, where various kinds of cherry blossoms and yellow rape blossoms, etc. bloom and were very beautiful.

Some people may be worried about the influence of the nuclear power plant disaster when hearing the name Fukushima. But Fukushima is a large prefecture and the affected area is small. There were a lot of visitors including foreign tourists. The place was like a paradise on earth.
