This is one of my favourite restaurants in Japan.
It is called 'Onwa' and is run by a classically trained chef and my good friend, who has now dedicated himself to cooking health, organic, local vegan food.
Onwa is the higher end of plant-based restaurants, and all of the ingredients are either made from scratch, or sources from local farmers. Everything down to the rice, sake and green tea and ed specially from people that the chef has visited personally.
I love this place and will enjoy returning here many more times when I come back to Japan.
