Keeping a journal can be a good thing

Keeping a diary can be an effective way to manage and relieve your stress, let alone improve your language skills! Writing about your experiences and reflecting upon them through your writing can be a healthy way to manage your health. It's also another way to help you not forget about the things you experience and hang onto them long after they have passed. Reading your writings some point in the future can bring back nostalgic and memorable experiences and sometimes even have you appreciating your own writing skills.
