You can find so much advice about healthy eating. Doctors will tell you the right food to eat. There are many places to get advice about the correct foods to avoid. I am not a doctor or health expert so here is my tip for healthy eating.

Try and share a meal with someone at least once a day.

When you eat alone or eat while you are working you tend to rush your food and that is not good for you or your health. Eating a meal with someone helps you to connect with people and to relax. It also means you have time to enjoy and to savour your food. It also gives you a break from your busy day. Finally, it allows you to share the joys and challenges of your day with someone. And that is definitely good for your health.
