My first part time job was a teacher at a cram school. I wanted to teach English, but I couldn't find any vacansy in that post, so I became the one for social study and Japanese. I learned how to carry on the lessons, how to talk to students, what is the most effective way to make them understand, memorize, etc, such as ask to all firstly, pick a student to answer secondly, etc (if it's the other way around, only that student would listen, and the rest would not.) And one of the teacher said he had achieved twice as much as the credits required for graduation from university. When I had heard of it, I had fell for that idea and I made it by the end of my university life. Although I didn't continue to work as a cram school teacher anymore a year after,  this experience gave me a passion to study.

Mon premier petit boulot était une enseignante des cours supplémentaires. Je voulais enseigner l'anglais mais je n'ai trouvé aucun poste pour ça, donc j'ai enseigné l'histoire et le japonais. J'ai apris comment avancer la leçon, comment parler aux élèves , le moyen le plus efficace pour les faire comprendre, mémoriser, etc, tel que demander à tout le monde d'abord, choisir après un(e) élève qui va répendre (si c'est l'inverse, cet(te) seul(e) élève va nous écouter, et le reste n'écoute plus. ) Et un des enseignants a dit qu'il avait obtenu deuc fois plus que les crédits requis pour obtenir un diplôme universitaire. Quand je l'avais entendu, je l'avais adoré et je l'ai réalisé à la fin de ma vie universitaire. Alors que Je n'ai pas continué d'enseigner un ans après, cette expérience m'a donné la passion d'apprendre, étudier.

私の最初のアルバイトは、塾講師でした。英語を教えたかったのですが、ポジションが空いていなかったので、社会と国語を教えていました。そこでは、どうやって授業を進めるか、生徒とどう話すか、生徒に理解、暗記してもらうための最も効果的な方法などを学びました、例えば、はじめに全員へ問いかけ、次に指名をする、等(これが逆だと、その生徒しか話を聞かないことがあるため)。そして、講師の一人で、大学で卒業単位の二倍獲得した方がいらっしゃり、私はそのアイディアが気に入り、卒業までに私も二倍取ることを実現しました。一年後にはそこで働かなくなりましたが、この経験が、勉強する情熱を私に与えてくれました。
