こんにちは、カフェトーク、英会話講師のBenです。
 
秋の夜長をエンジョイしすぎて、つい夜更かし・・・私と同じ方いますか?笑
 
 
1日の中で、お昼からエンジンがかかり、夜にかけて元気なので、私は夜型人間なのだと思います。
 
ちなみに、英語では朝方人間は、a morning person、夜型人間は a night personと言います。実は、この朝型、夜型、自分でチェックする方法(A Self Assessment Questionnaire)があるんです。リーディングもかねて、一緒に英語でトライしてみませんか?

朝型、夜型は遺伝子で決まっているそうで、大事なことは十分に睡眠を取ること。睡眠時間が7時間以下の成人は、30%が肥満という研究もあります。
 
 
自分にあった活動時間も、睡眠時間も十人十色。無理せず自分らしく、いたわりながら過ごしたいですね。
