Dear Cafetalk Community,
How are you doing? It sounds like spring is just around the corner in Asia (Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China, and others.) Well, I can't say the same over here in Saskatchewan, Canada. It's been under minus 50 degrees (celsius), and even colder with the wind-chill factor. It's so cold, your eyebrows and eyelashes will freeze as soon as you go outside. (I don't know about fake eyelashes though...)
Moving from Los Angeles, (Santa Monica) California, I seriously don't know why anyone would voluntarily choose to live in a climate that so cold! Maybe some people really like the cold and snow, but for the most part, it's not something most people ever get used to.
[Today's news]
I am grateful that I surpassed 9,000 lessons! I can't believe how fast the lessons are adding up. I'm just concentrating on one lesson at a time, but before I knew it, I had passed 9,000 lessons!
Thank you very much to all the students who took lessons from me! It's always a pleasure to see you. Each student is different and has different needs, so I can accommodate whatever lesson you would like.
