I had a long vacation at Istanbul to visit my parents and friends. I didn't see them for 2 years and half. It was such a perfect time in my life time.

I was taking a ferry to across European side of Istanbul. This picture was taken on Eminonu-Karakoy line. You can see Galata Tower and Galata bridge. 

I also had a chance to meet one of my facebook friends from Japan. He visited Turkey second time and i accompanied him around Eminonu.

We chatted long time at our first meeting and i introduced him Turkish desserts with Turkish tea. This is called Kazandibi, a thick , milky pudding with golden-brown coating of caramelized sugar on the outside. Would you like to try out? :)
