Long flight = Jet lag!
it's been almost 2 weeks since I left Japan and made my way back to the USA. Now that I'm home I've experienced a strong case of jet lag. Jet lag is when your body is thrown out of sync with the time of the place you are at. So even though it was 10:30 AM in America when I landed it was 23:30 in Japan! I had to stay up 8 more hours to sleep properly but I lost the battle.
