What makes you feel that summer has arrived?

I live in a city called Mississauga, just west of Toronto. I feel the summer air around June when it starts to get hot. Some people think that summers don't really exist in Canada but that's a false assumption. We don't live in igloos all year long (hahaha)

In fact, the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) gets really hot in the summer. We can get heat waves at times. Many people look forward to the summer months so you'll see more people outside when summer has arrived. Everyone has a smile on their face and you have this light feeling in you that you don't feel in the colder months.
