Are you interested in classical music, opera or ballet? 
There are a number of great concert halls in Tokyo, which have excellent acoustics and a gorgeous atmosphere.   

What I recommend most are the Suntory Hall for orchestra concerts and the New National Theatre for opera and ballet performances.
