Travel Vocabulary

Cecily G.

Hi students,

Today I was having a lesson with one of my students and we started talking about travel.

Some words came up, like:
  • overhead compartment
  • economy class
  • aisle
Also, is it correct to say:
"I took my bag off from the overhead compartment" or
"I took my bag down from the overhead compartment" ?
(phrasal verbs)

If you'd like to learn travel vocabulary or the answer to this question, feel free to book a lesson with me!

(by the way, the elementary Travel lesson in my lesson list does not cover material about air travel; you should book a free conversation lesson).

Thanks,
Cecily
