On a rainy day at home, if I'm not reading a book, I listen to one of my vinyl records.
As you can see I have quite a varied taste in music. Below you can see just some of my favourite vinyl records. My vinyl player is by Audio Technica and the speakers are by Audioengine.
Some people ask me why I spend money on vinyl records when everything is avilable digitally these days. Firstly, I enjoy the crackling sound of vinyl and even how clear certain sounds or particular instruments are. I also find that with vinyl it encourages you to sit back, relax and actually listen to the music rather than just have music on in the background, which is the case with a lot of modern music. There's also the album cover art and the fun of collecting that makes vinyl records so fascinating to me. There might even be a bit of nostalgia attached to it from my childhood growing up in the 80s.
