It's one of my very first photos on the cover of SOEN Magazine when I was about 13. I modeled in Japan and I was under contract with SOEN Magazine for over 5 years. I was on most of the covers. This is only one job out of many that I did during that time. Then, I moved to the US to attend UCLA when I was 18 years old. I graduated with a BFA in Theatre Arts and since then I've been a professional actress in Hollywood. Then, I went back to school to get a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science. Finally, I recently moved to Canada and I am now a full-time English tutor on Cafetalk!

I genuinely believe that my experience as an actress for two decades in Hollywood is helping me become a better English teacher.

• I can sound like a professional narrator to dictate dialog aloud for my listening lessons.
• I can improvise in a role-playing lesson because I've been trained as an actor.
• I have been trained in speaking English properly, so I have perfected the standard American pronunciation that you can shadow in my reading lessons.
• I have a Master's Degree so I am qualified to teach writing as well.

It's been a long journey but I am very happy being an English tutor on Cafetalk. It would be nice to meet you and help you improve your English skills. I believe in a well-rounded education as far as teaching the English language, including reading, speaking, listening, writing, and comprehension. I have lessons for whatever area you would like to improve! I will customize your lesson to suit your level!
