The best walk in Singapore - TreeTop Walk

Weekly Topic: Go to the gym or just go for a walk in the park, which one would you choose?

Sep 13, 2022

Whether you enjoy working out indoors at the gym or outdoors, we all agree that being active and healthy is a positive behavior, we should take care of our body and soul.
The trick is to find what works for you. I am more of a walking type of person, I don’t like to sweat and I found that walking is the activity that works for me. Walking keeps me active and in good shape. When I lived in Tokyo I used to talk almost every day over 10 miles (16km). I love city walks and I love even more hiking in National Parks.

During my trip in Singapore, I took many long walks and went to the Central Catchment Nature Reserve National Park. This park is the green heart of Singapore with miles of tracks for any type of fitness level.  The
key attraction of the Central Catchment Nature Reserve is the TreeTop Walk, a 250-meter suspension bridge which offers a bird's eye view of plants and animals that live in the forest canopy. Along the hiking trails you can easily spot many animals living in the forest, monkeys included.
