As you can see there are a variety of problems that can make us unhappy in the workplace.
For example, outdated business practices often waste our time and energy as they are unproductive. Unrealistic deadlines and being overworked can also affect productivity and staff morale. Being micromanaged and never having any autonomy can be a factor which influences how we feel at work. Any combination of these can create a high turnover or simply bored employees who have lost motivation and passion for their work. None of this is good for the employee or the employer.
