Times are changing.

Japanese people, in a sense, do not like "change," but I feel that people's thinking is gradually changing recently. Trust in established political parties is fading, and the way elections have been conducted up until now seems to be being called into question. The ruling party is in turmoil as problems with close ties to major corporations in order to gain organized votes have come to light. More and more young people are facing uncertain futures and lack of sufficient income, and citizens' lives are frequently threatened. I cannot help but think that these waves, perhaps ebbing and flowing, will become a great river that will bring about "change."
