Aloha! (Hello in Hawaiian)

(Kagawa, Japan)

I’m Wally, a native English speaker from Hawaii, now living in Japan with my Japanese wife and our son. With over 200 lessons taught and a strong track record of helping students reach their language goals, I’ve had the privilege of working with learners at all levels.I teach with the Aloha spirit, bringing warmth, patience, and encouragement to each lesson. My passion for teaching English through real-life conversations stems from the belief that it’s the best way to build confidence and fluency. Speaking naturally and comfortably helps you connect with others, whether you’re traveling, working, or exploring the world of language.

(Danjiri Matsuri in Ehime, Japan)

Outside of teaching, I enjoy food, combat sports, and traveling, all of which add a unique touch to our lessons. With a 120-hour TESOL certification and a Bachelor’s degree, I’m dedicated to helping you improve in a way that’s both practical and enjoyable. Curious to learn more? Let’s chat soon and see how we can make English fun and relevant for you!

If you’re ready to take your English skills to the next level, let’s start a conversation! I look forward to working with you and making learning English both fun and meaningful.

Mahalo (Thank you in Hawaiian)
