If you answered yes, then why is it that you are always making excuses for yourself for not being able to have enough time to practice speaking in English on a daily basis?

The only one who is holding you back from becoming a better English conversational speaker is you and only you.
If you are really serious about improving your English in a conversational way, there shouldn’t be any type of excuses to prevent you from pursuing your desire to become a better English conversationalist.
If you were to stop making any type of excuses for not being able to practice English in a conversational way on a daily basis, and start making the necessary time and effort that is needed to get yourself to become a better English conversationalist, you would definitely improve faster than you may have never thought about before.
Just learning grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing isn’t enough. You have to also learn how to become a better communicator in the English language by speaking with others on a daily basis without passing any type of judgment on the people that you are talking with.
