今年のGW（ゴールデンウイーク）は4/26～5/6です。

今日はGWについて紹介します。

What is　GW（ゴールデンウイーク）？
日本では、毎年4月後半から5月前半にかけてゴールデンウイークという長期休暇があります。
The Golden Week is almost a week's vacation from end of the April to first if the May in Japan.
毎年休暇の日数は多少前後するので、毎年同じではありません。
この期間にほぼ全ての会社や学校が休みになるので、旅行に行かれる方や、出かける方が増えます。
Almost of all offices and schools take off during GW. Many Japanese people go to trip or visit sightseeing spots.
GW期間中は、飛行機のチケット代やホテル代が上がり、どこに行っても混んでいます。
Airfare acand commodation fee are so higher than usual days, and then anywere get very ceowded during GW in Japan, and then
GW以外に休みを取れる方は、この期間に日本に来るのはおすすめしません。
I don't recommend you come to Japan in this period, if you can take other dates off.
反対に、GW直前や直後は空いていて飛行機やホテル代が安くなることがあります。ぜひチェックしてみてください。

What is　飛び石（とびいし）？
休みと休みの間に挟まれた平日のことです。
飛び石 is a weekday between day off and day off.
この平日は、普段通り仕事や学校に行かれる方、有休を使って長い連休を作る方など様々です。
Some people go to office or school as usual, some people take paid holiday for 飛び石 so make long holidays.
今年は、4/27(日)と4/29が祝日なので4/28(月)が飛び石となります。
In this year, April 28 th is 飛び石 because April 27 th is Sunday and April 29 th is public holiday,
