皆さん こんにちは。
日本語教師 ＆ カウンセラーの Yuming.です。
今回は、愛知県 名古屋市 にある 東山動植物園です。
This time I visited Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Garden, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.
入園料（にゅうえんりょう）は 大人（おとな）５００円です。
子どもから お年寄りまで、 たくさんの 人が 訪れています。
Admission is only 500 yen for adults.
Many people visit from children to the elderly.
ここの 動物園には、
”コモドオオトカゲ（別名：コモドドラゴン）”といって、
世界最大級の トカゲが います。
日本で 飼育（しいく）しているのは、 ここだけです。

コモドドラゴン、見てきました。
遠目からでしたが、 とても大きくて、 何度も 目が 合いました！
とても 怖かったです……。
I went to see the Komodo Dragon.
It was only from a distance, but it was so big that I couldn't take my eyes off it.
It was very scary!
他にも、 ライオン・フラミンゴ・しまうま・アライグマ……
たくさんの 動物たちに 会いました！
I met many other animals too, such as lions, flamingos, zebras and raccoons.
ここの 動植物園は とても広いので、 全部見るのに １日は かかります。
今回は ３時間ほどしか 時間が なかったので、
植物園に 行くことが できませんでした……
とても 楽しい場所です。
The Zoo and Botanical Garden here is a very fun place.
However, it's so large, it will take you a whole day to see it all.
