Here are two useful phrases from my phrasebook, Speak Natural English: 50 Must-Know Phrases for Japanese Learners.

I have a deadline coming up.
締切が近いんだ。
仕事や課題が迫っている時のフレーズ。

Example:
A: Want to hang out this weekend?
今週末遊ばない?
B: I have a deadline coming up, so I need to finish my project first.
締切が近くて、先にプロジェクトを終わらせなきゃ。

I need to pull an all-nighter.
徹夜しなきゃ。
テスト勉強や仕事が終わらない時に使う表現。

Example:
A: You look tired!
疲れてるね!
B: I need to pull an all-nighter to study for the exam.
テスト勉強で徹夜しなきゃいけない。
