During cold months, my first go-to hobby is exercise, especially calisthenics — a type of workout that uses your own body weight to build strength and balance. No equipment needed, just motivation and a bit of space.
The second one is reading. I often exchange books with a friend of mine who’s in the military, and they make the perfect company on cold evenings.
And of course, cooking warm, hearty meals is another favorite. I often cook while listening to music or taking an online course for personal growth — it’s relaxing and rewarding.
Never let the cold stop you from staying motivated and having fun. Use this time to move your body, feed your mind, and try something new indoors. How do you stay motivated during the colder days?
