For me, teaching is not just about sharing English. It’s about helping students discover what they can do, even when they doubt themselves.
So next year, I want to be someone who can:

✨ Support shy or uncertain students to speak with confidence
✨ Create lessons that make English feel simple and meaningful
✨ Encourage long-term growth, not just short-term memorization

To prepare for this “future me,” I’m already improving my materials, refining my lesson plans, and studying better ways to support different learning styles. I want every student who meets me to feel, “I can do this.”
