Daily English Upgrade #012: Tone Control — Polite disagreement (“I see your point, but…”)

Disagreeing politely is a real skill.

Soft disagreement:

  • I see your point, but…
  • That makes sense, but…
  • I agree up to a point, but…

Even softer:

  • I might be wrong, but…
  • I’m not sure I completely agree.

Mini practice (20 seconds):
Reply politely in 1–2 sentences:
“We should do it as soon as possible.”

It’s much easier to make this natural when you practice it in real conversation. If you’d like, we can work on it together in a 25-minute lesson (supportive corrections, no pressure).
