A huge grin broke out. “Wait… I can do this,” he said. That electric feeling—the thrill of unlocking a voice, of bridging a gap between confusion and expression—was addictive.
That’s when I knew. It wasn't just about the subject; it was about the connection. It was about finding the story inside the student and helping them translate it to the world. I went ‘all in’ to become a teacher because I believe language isn't a gate to keep people out; it's a bridge we build together.
