  • Fear often stops us from starting. We worry about making mistakes or not being good enough, so we delay taking the first step.

  • Starting is how learning begins. Even if we are not perfect, action helps us understand what to improve.

  • Improvement comes from practice, not waiting. Each small effort builds confidence and skill over time.

  • Not starting guarantees no progress. When we begin, we give ourselves the chance to grow, learn, and succeed.
