“Moment Before My Class”

Rose Motete

The Quiet Before Growth

The few minutes before class are powerful.
I breathe. I focus. I prepare to give my best.
This is where confidence begins not in perfection, but in preparation.

Reset. Refocus. Teach.

Before every lesson, I remind myself:
One student. One moment. One impact.
Teaching starts with presence.

The Power of a Pause

That small pause before class is not empty
It is where intention is built.
Great lessons begin with a calm mind.

Ready to Serve, Ready to Grow

Before I click “Start,” I ask myself:
How can I make this lesson meaningful?
Because teaching is not just content: it’s connection.

Because one lesson can change a life and today, it might be this one
