Taking lessons on Cafetalk should feel comfortable and supportive. Remember, your tutor is here to help you, not judge you.
Here are a few questions you should always feel free to ask:

“Can you explain that again?”

“Why do we say it this way?”

“Can you correct me more?”

“Am I improving?”

“Can we focus more on speaking (or grammar, pronunciation, etc.)?”
There are no silly questions in a lesson. Asking questions shows that you care about improving.
Be brave. Speak up. That’s how real progress happens.
