Tips on balancing study and free time

Weekly Topic: How to balance study and free time

Tim Ar.

Hello everyone!

I'm an experienced and qualified English language teacher from Australia. I'd love to see you in a lesson. Contact me for more information on the lessons I can provide to meet your needs.

Here are some tips for balancing study and free time.
  • Create a Structured Schedule: Use a daily or weekly planner to map out classes, work hours, and study sessions, ensuring you allocate dedicated time for relaxation.
  • Implement Time-Blocking: Break your day into manageable chunks, assigning specific tasks to each block to improve focus.
  • Prioritize Tasks: Identify high-priority assignments and focus on completing those first to reduce stress.
  • Set Boundaries: Learn to say "no" to extra commitments when you are overwhelmed, and keep your phone or distractions away during study sessions.
  • Designate a Study Area: Use a specific, tidy space for studying to help you focus and mentally separate work from rest.
Thanks and see you soon!

Tim.
