Anthropic公式AIコースを4つ修了しました｜JP/EN/繁中

私はCafetalkで日本語とITのレッスンをしていますが、自分自身も学び続けることを大切にしています。最近、Anthropic公式のAIコースを4つ修了しました。
Anthropicは、AIアシスタント「Claude」を開発しているアメリカのAI企業で、ChatGPTを開発したOpenAIの元研究者たちによって設立されました。
4つのコースを通じて、AIアシスタント「Claude」の基本と活用法を学び、AIを使った教材づくりや、AIの使い方を生徒に伝えるための授業設計まで学ぶことができました。入門向けのコースですが、これまで感覚でやってきたことが整理され、改めて基礎を固めることができました。
AIは難しそう、自分には関係ない、と感じている方も多いかもしれません。でも実際に使い始めると、仕事だけではなく、様々な日常生活にも応用できることが分かります。AIの発展はめざましく、そしてとても面白い分野です。レッスンでは、AIを実際に使いながら分かりやすくお伝えしています。初めての方でも安心してご参加ください！

I teach Japanese and IT lessons on Cafetalk, and I also value continuing to learn myself. Recently, I completed four official AI courses from Anthropic.
Anthropic is a U.S.-based AI company that develops the AI assistant “Claude,” and was founded by former researchers from OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT.
Through four courses, I learned the fundamentals and practical use of the AI assistant “Claude.” I also learned how to create teaching materials using AI and how to design lessons to teach students how to use AI effectively. Although these were beginner-level courses, they helped organize what I had previously done intuitively and allowed me to strengthen my foundation.
Many people may feel that AI seems difficult or not relevant to them. However, once you start using it, you’ll find that it can be applied not only to work but also to many aspects of daily life. AI is developing rapidly and is a very exciting field. In my lessons, I explain things clearly while actually using AI. Beginners are very welcome, so please feel free to join!

我在Cafetalk教授日語與IT課程，同時也很重視持續學習。最近，我完成了Anthropic官方的四門AI課程。Anthropic是一家開發AI助理「Claude」的美國AI公司，由開發ChatGPT的OpenAI前研究人員所創立。
透過這四門課程，我學習了AI助理「Claude」的基礎與實際應用方法，也學會了如何運用AI製作教材，以及如何設計課程來教學生有效使用AI。雖然是入門課程，但幫助我整理了過去憑感覺進行的內容，並重新打穩了基礎。
也許有些人會覺得AI很困難，或與自己無關。但實際開始使用後，就會發現它不僅能應用在工作上，也能運用在日常生活的各個方面。AI的發展非常迅速，也是非常有趣的領域。在我的課程中，我會一邊實際操作AI，一邊用簡單易懂的方式說明。即使是初學者也可以安心參加！
