If the receiver agrees to take a message, you can then leave your message.

相手が伝言を受けることに同意すれば、あなたは伝言を残すことができます。

 

Imagine that you want to let Mr Smith know that the time of tomorrow's meeting has been changed from 3pm to 4pm.

明日の会議の時間が午後3時から午後4時に変更になったことをスミス氏に知らせたいとします。

Can you let Mr Smith know that the time of tomorrow's meeting has been changed from 3pm to 4pm?”
