One thing that really helps me to focus and what I can really recommend, is listening to relaxing music while studying. There is a genre called "Lo-Fi study" or "Lo-Fi focus" and I think this type of music is perfect for studying on a rainy day. The songs create a cozy and warm atmosphere and the music is very calming and minimal, so it helps you to focus and be creative.
The Lo-Fi Study videos on Youtube are often combined with beautiful anime aesthetic and give you a feel of nostalgia.

I think another good mindset for studying is to keep your goals and motivation in mind.
Think about the great things that you will achieve, see or experience.
I'm a German teacher, so many of my students have the goal or wish to visit Germany.
So for example: if it's a rainy day, they could imagine a beautiful German landscape that they will see someday. I think it's a good motivation. Conversely I for example also love to think of a beatiful Japanese temple with trees and mountains covered in a gentle mist of the rain, and it makes me feel happy.

So the rain is a great thing after all and can create really mystic atmosphere and help is to focus and relax. Studies also show that rain sounds create a frequency called 1/f or pink noise which makes you feel relaxed and calm. It's the same with the sound of waves or rustling of leaves in the wind.
And finally lets not forget to enjoy the beautiful hydrangea, which also benefits from the rain :)
