When you make an appointment in business, it’s important to be clear.
You don’t want to make a mistake regarding the date or time!
Fortunately, making appointments can be easy if you know some key phrases.
For this reason I have created this new lesson:
Business English lesson: Making an appointment
In this lesson you will learn how to:
- Arrange a business appointment smoothly by using key phrases
- Re-arrange the appointment clearly and politely by using key phrases
The lesson is role-play based. You will take part in two role-plays: first to arrange a business appointment, and second to re-arrange the appointment.
This lesson is for anyone who works with English-speaking clients and/or coworkers, and needs to make appointments with them.
