2. “了”：说明事情发生了
我昨天在商店买了苹果。
I bought some apples at a store yesterday.
这是一个普通的叙述句。“昨天”表示过去的时间，“了”表示“买”这个动作已经发生或完成。
This is a neutral statement. “昨天” shows the past time, while “了” indicates that the action happened or was completed.
简单来说：
“了”告诉我们：发生了什么。
“了” tells us what happened.
“是……的”告诉我们：事情是在什么时候、什么地方或用什么方式发生的。
“是……的” tells us when, where, or how it happened.
