My Summer Scary Stories Lesson Just Got Featured!

Kulin

I'm excited to share that my lesson, Ghost Stories & Casual English Conversation, was just selected for Cafetalk's official "Summer Scary Stories" campaign page!

If you've been looking for a fun, low-pressure way to practice your English this summer, this one's for you.

Here's what makes it different from a typical conversation lesson: instead of random small talk, we'll dive into urban legends, ghost stories, and mysterious tales from around the world — the kind of stories that are genuinely interesting to talk about, not just practice material.

What we'll do together:

  • Read and discuss short ghost stories and urban legends
  • Practice listening, speaking, and pronunciation naturally through storytelling
  • Learn vocabulary and expressions around mystery and suspense
  • Swap your own "strange experience" stories, or talk about your favorite horror movies

Don't worry — this isn't actually scary. ★★☆☆☆ on the scare scale it's more "cozy campfire story" than "nightmare fuel." Perfect for adults and high schoolers who want atmosphere and fun conversation, without needing nerves of steel.

This is a special summer-only lesson, so if ghost stories, urban legends, or a spooky change of pace from typical conversation practice sound fun to you, I'd love to have you join!
