My Favorite Place to Study and Work
Everyone has a place where they feel inspired. A place where ideas seem to appear out of nowhere and creativity feels effortless. For me, that place is my workspace.
My desk was custom made for me, and over time it has become so much more than just a piece of furniture. It is the heart of my home and the place where I spend countless hours learning, creating, and dreaming.
Surrounding me are all the things that bring me joy. My art supplies are always within reach, waiting for the next burst of inspiration. Shelves hold my journals, filled with thoughts, ideas, and plans. Empty canvases remind me of projects still waiting to be created, while finished paintings quietly celebrate journeys that have already been completed.
My laptop has its permanent home here too. It is where every lesson begins, where adventures for my students are imagined, and where new ideas are carefully shaped into meaningful learning experiences. Every worksheet, presentation, and story starts life at this desk before finding its way into a classroom somewhere in the world.
One of my favorite parts of my workspace is the window beside it. Whenever I need to think, solve a problem, or simply pause, I find myself looking outside. Those quiet moments often become the most productive ones. They give me time to reflect, plan for the future, and dream about what comes next.
This little corner of my home is more than just a place to work. It is where creativity meets purpose. It is where teaching, art, learning, and imagination all come together. It is my safe space—a place filled with things that inspire me, challenge me, and remind me why I love what I do.
For many people, a workspace is simply where work gets done. For me, it is where the magic happens.
