Don’t Just Say “I Don’t Understand”: 5 Better Questions to Ask in English Class ??️

주간 토픽: How to ask better questions in class

PreciousTeaches

Have you ever been confused in English class but didn't know what to ask? ??
Instead of staying quiet or simply saying “I don't understand,” try these:
1. “Could you explain that again, please?
A simple and polite way to ask for clarification.
2. “What does ___ mean in this context?
Great when you understand the words but not their meaning in the sentence.
3. “Could you give me an example?
Examples can make a difficult idea much easier to understand.
4. “What's the difference between ___ and ___?
Perfect for confusing words or expressions.
5. “How can I use this in a conversation?
This is one of my favourites because it helps you turn what you've learned into real English. ??
?? Your challenge
Next time you don't understand something in English class, don't stay silent.
Choose just ONE question from this list and use it.

: asking questions isn't a sign of weak English. It's part of learning.
The more you ask, the more opportunities you create to speak, practise, and improve. ??
