“To do / to see in passing” = to notice or do something quickly without stopping or spending too much time on it
Example: "I always see her in passing at the gym, but I don't know her personally."
“To spice something up” = to make something more interesting/memorable
Example: "Cafetalk students often spice up their evenings taking English classes."
“To break the script” = to do or say something that’s different from what’s usually expected
Example: "Glenn was such a colourful professor - he totally broke the script of the usual, serious type!"
