秋と言えば、りんごの美味しい季節。
ティータイムにぴったりの、りんごを使ったスイーツをご紹介します。
アールグレイの茶葉で風味をつけたふんわり食感のスポンジ生地に、ほろ苦く大人の味わいに煮込んだ、りんごのキャラメリゼ、トップに、サクサク食感のクランブルを乗せてオーブンでじっくり焼き上げますよ( ◠‿◠ )

The hot summer has finally come to an end, and we’re beginning to feel the first hints of autumn!
Speaking of autumn, it’s the perfect season for delicious apples.
In this lesson, I’ll introduce an apple dessert that’s perfect for teatime.
We’ll make a light and fluffy sponge cake flavored with Earl Grey tea leaves, layer it with caramelized apples cooked to create a sophisticated, slightly bittersweet flavor, and top it with a crunchy crumble. Then, we’ll bake it slowly in the oven ( ◠‿◠ )
