Vocabulary, Phrases, etc. Learned from Today's Reading Lessons

Hello Everyone!!

As most of you know, I offer reading lessons to help improve pronunciation and to build vocabulary. In this lesson, I also go over any unknown phrases, idioms, etc..

Today, I had several reading lessons, and I want to share with you some of what was went over so you can see some of the things that YOU could learn!! 

WeirdosWhat you call weird or strange people. 

GetupsAn unusual or ellaborate outfit.

The nerve of him!!How dare he?!

GawkerA person who stares openly at someone or something.

You name itSomething that you say which means anything you say or choose.

No kiddingReally, seriously, honestly. 

BlatherTalk in a long-winded way without making very much sense. Babble, chatter, jibber-jabber.

Gobble UpTo eat something completely and quickly.

Haul = Pull or drag with effor or force.

ClingHold on tightly to.
