In the year 1996, the owners feeling the difficulties of the farming, began to produce breads and decorated cookies, tradition being inherited from the paternal mother. Their activities began in an old wood-fired oven of the family, the means of transport used for sales was a "fuze" and the products were sold door to door. The products also began to be marketed on the family's property, under the name FLUSS HAUS, which means "House of the River", name given by the fact that a creek passes between the areas of the house
