My husband and I celebrated living in Malaysia for 3 years on 1st of December! The celebration happened to be in a nice resort in Kuala Lumpur (KL) surrounded by our friends... because my husband wanted to participate in this crazy Viper Challenge for the third time! (The second time was actually on our wedding anniversary! He is very good at choosing dates. lol) 

12月1日をもって、マレーシア滞在3年を迎えました～！クアラルンプール郊外のリゾートで友達に囲まれてお祝い…　というと聞こえはいいんですが、要は主人がこのクレージーなバイパーチャレンジというものに参加するために出かけたということなんです。今回3回目なんですが、なんと2度目の時は主人が結婚記念日だということさえ忘れてこういうイベントの参加に申し込んでました（笑）

This is similar to Spartan Race - his team had to run/walk 20km with 20 obstacles... in 30 degrees heat! As you can see in the photo, the race is very demanding. (The photo is from the first Viper Challenge last year) 

スパルタンレースと似ていて、今回はチームで20キロを走る（歩く？）間に20コの障害物があるというもの、それも30度の灼熱の中で！とても過酷なレースです。（写真は昨年の1回目のバイパーチャレンジから）

In the meantime, I was enjoying shopping in KLCC :) What is good about KLCC is... it has Isetan!!! I did some Christmas shopping and bought some sushi for lunch. Unfortunately I couldn't buy any fresh fish. They have a service that they freeze your food so that you can pick it up next day... This is an ideal service for someone like us who live in Penang... 

その間、私は…クアラルンプールのシティで買い物してましたー（笑）KLCCのいいところというと、伊勢丹があるんですー！クリスマスのためにちょっと買い物をして、ランチに寿司を買って…。残念ながら、新鮮な魚は買えませんでした。クアラルンプールの伊勢丹では、翌日のお持ち帰り用に買った物を冷凍してくれるサービスがあるんですね。ペナンに住む私たちのような人には本当に有難いサービスです。

My husband looked pathetic all weekend lol! but he admitted that Mt. Kinabalu was still more physically challenging than this one... Yes it was the most physically challenging experience for me too!! 

週末の間、ずっと主人はかなり惨めな有様でしたが、それでもキナバル山の方が体力的にはもっときつかったと言ってました。そうです、私にとっても、人生で一番キツカッタのがキナバル山でした、あんな体験は初めてです！
