先週末は、タイのクラビへ小旅行に行ってました。ちょっとご報告が遅れましたね！主人のアメリカ人のお友達が遊びに来ていたので、会いに行ってきたんです！

It was a bit late to tell you but I went to Krabi in Thailand last weekend for a short trip. My husband's friend from America was visiting Thailand, so we decided to go to see her. 

私たちはクラビのアオナンビーチの滞在はもう4回目。お友達はアオナンよりも北にあるクロンムアンビーチに滞在してたので、そこへ遊びに。アオナン好きなんですけれど、2年行かなかったら変わっていて、クオンムアンもいいな～と思いました。ビーチもいいし、ビーチフロントのバーやレストランも素敵でした。お友達の泊まっていたホテルはインフィニティプールに海を眺める絶景！素敵でした。

This was our 4th visit to Ao Nang Beach in Krabi. My husband's friend was staying at Klong Muang Beach, north of Ao Nang, with other friends of hers and we quite liked it there! Ao Nang has changed so much in the last two years unfortunately. Klong Muang has nice beach, and many beach front bars and restaurants, which we loved. Their accomodation was also very nice with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean! 

してよかったね！と思ったのは、島巡り！前にピピ島を訪れるツアーに参加したのですが、プライベートで借りるロングテールボートに乗って回る島巡りの方が断然よかった！気に入れば長居できるし、人もそんなにいない場所でまるでプライベートビーチ気分でした。とってもリラックス。

This trip's one of the highlights was the island hopping! We joined the tour to take us to Koh Phi Phi before but we found the private hire of the longtail boat more comfortable and nicer, as it was tailored to our needs, and if we wanted to spend a bit more time on one island, we could. It was very relaxing! 

そしてタイ料理！グラスヌードルのシーフードサラダ、最高！あと、毎朝、私は豚のひき肉が入った雑炊を朝ご飯として食べてました。これが、おいしいんです。（あ、ビールに見える飲み物はパイナップルジュースです！！！笑）

Of course Thai food has to be the highlight too! Oh I love the glassnoodle seafood salad! I had pork rice soup every morning while I was there... yes it was yummy! (The drink that looks like beer isn't beer, it is pinapple juice!)

もう一つ行きたかったところがここ、エメラルドプール。いつもはスクーターを借りる私たちですが、今回は車があったためやっと行けました。上流にあるブループールというところから出る湧き水が集まってプールになってるんですね。ここでもリラックス。

And finally we made it to Emerald Pool! I have always wanted to go but it was impossible to go there on the moped (we always hired one whenever we were in Ao Nang), but this time for the first time, we had a car! The source of the water comes from underground water at Blue Pool upstream. This was also very relaxing! 

a moped = a motorcycle with a small engine and also pedals.
