Back to Hokkaido.....

2018年5月19日

On Monday we will be returning to Sapporo to meet with a very good friend, and soon to be business partner. I have been teaching Yoga, Tai Chi and other systems in Hokkaido, and although this trip will no doubt have some teaching involved, it will likely be focused around business and future plans.

More to come on this in due course!

My schedule is closed for now, but if anyone would like to do a lesson, please message me and I may be able to open my schedule for you.
I am more than happy to teach those who would like to be taught, but the reason I haven't opened anything yet is that I have some important things to sort out during this trip, and do not want to run out of time due to too much of a busy teaching schedule. I will take lessons based on request, so if you have a day or time in mind - just ask, and I will book the lesson for you! :-)
I am excited to go back to Hokkaido! Especially as Kansai has been so hot lately. Since my Mt.Hiei Ultramarathon adventure, we have hiked the Yagyu Kaido trail, and also Mt.Takatori. Both days were EXTREMELY hot and humid! But so much fun.
I love the nature in Japan so much. In fact - if I do have to return to London, I think it is going to be hard for me to handle! I have become a mountain man in this wonderful country........Haha.

This photo is a flashback to snowboarding in Sapporo at the beginning of this year.

Wow....it's times like this that I realise quite how fast time flies!!!!

I'm convinced I only just turned 20 a few years ago, when in fact I am 30 in a little over one month! But it's not something I shy away from. It is a cliche phrase, but 'you are only as old as you feel', and I have no intention of slowing down.

As I always like to say -

'LIVE as if you will die tomorrow, but LEARN as if you will live forever!'

Have a lovely weekend everyone, and take care!
Remember to stay active, keep your brain occupied, and remain forever hungry for knowledge and adventure. This is my theory to accessing the 'fountain of youth'.
Lets see if it works! For now, so far, so good!
