This training has many variations of exercise and I'm not tired at all although it's diffucult to do sometimes. Excercises really helps me especially when I'm a bit discouraged to be in the situation which coronavirus pandemic negatively impact on our lives, and we are forced to restrict some of our behavior because of that.

The exercise ball lesson is really fun. I enjoyed this lesson!I wore the strong support ankle brace which I used a month ago to protect my ankle because I couldn’t find the support strap I’m using now, but I am not worried about my ankle because I make my mind not to do over-exercise even if I think I can do. Thank you as always!

Great workout as usual! Now I’m already well on the way to recovery from the ankle injury though it’s not perfect yet. He always courages me to do my best, and I really enjoy what I do during exercise, which I thought I couldn’t do for the fear of relapse of injury, without hurting my ankle.

His prehabilitation and rehabilitation class is just what I need to do at present.It's so practical.He has much experience and knowledge and give me some advice according to that,which is also useful to me.Recently I took meditation class and that was also so good.I was relaxed and recovered my composure after the class.

I learn recent methods of exercise and physiotherapy through his class.Recently I got to know 'prehab exercise' and found it very useful for me to prevent injury due to overuse or misuse of the body. I like his lesson so much because his guidances and explanations are logical and reasonable.He has a wealth of knowledge (
including the new ideas/theories of physical activities and nutrition) and experiences,each of which is well organized and can be applied in many physical conditions. The key of the theory seems to be the martial arts,which is also very instructive for me as the one who is practicing yoga, because yoga asanas also include the same notion in its basis.I hope that he keeps teaching at cafetalk. ♪Thanks♪

David was fantastic as always. Very professional and experienced. He answers all my questions and encourages me. David is good at making students feel comfortable and relaxed to work out on camera.

I had so much fun in this lesson! I could feel all my muscles working and afterwards I felt so refreshed. I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow and I'm definitely sticking with tutor Nemanja's workout classes! He's energetic, fun, professional, and a great trainer. Thank you, see you soon!

David’s training is professional, not intimidating, and his suggestions and explanations on postures are very easy to understand. David is also very supportive with enthusiasm and encouragements. A detailed written feedback based on my situation is provided afterwards. I enjoy the session very much, and would recommend to anyone who wants to start a long term work-out plan but dont know where to begin.

The lesson was great a usual. I really like how David designs the exercises to my specific level and goals. This is the best way to stay motivated and have fun even while working out in a full one hour session!

The lesson was much better than i expected. It was very helpful to get immediate feedback on my postures and to be able to identify my personsal strengths and weakness and how to build on them. David was very professional and gave lots of good advice, and having him instruct me helped me stay focused for the full hour and get work out specific things that i nneeded to. I was a bit nervous about taking the lesson with a male teacher, but it wasn't at all uncomfortable and i would definitely like to be able to take such lessons again.
