Her classes are based on traditional Hatha yoga practice.It gives me more than physical dicipline as I take from ordinary workouts. I really enjoyed observing how the practice affected my body and soul throughout the class.

David’s training is professional, not intimidating, and his suggestions and explanations on postures are very easy to understand. David is also very supportive with enthusiasm and encouragements. A detailed written feedback based on my situation is provided afterwards. I enjoy the session very much, and would recommend to anyone who wants to start a long term work-out plan but dont know where to begin.

The lesson was great a usual. I really like how David designs the exercises to my specific level and goals. This is the best way to stay motivated and have fun even while working out in a full one hour session!

Mai was very kind and patient, taking her time to make sure that I had my body in the correct position. She was careful to also ask before starting if there were any injuries that were problematic for me. She would also make sure to check her screen after demonstrating the exercise, to make sure it was being done right, but she would also do the exercises with me as well. It was a very nice experience.

The lesson was much better than i expected. It was very helpful to get immediate feedback on my postures and to be able to identify my personsal strengths and weakness and how to build on them. David was very professional and gave lots of good advice, and having him instruct me helped me stay focused for the full hour and get work out specific things that i nneeded to. I was a bit nervous about taking the lesson with a male teacher, but it wasn't at all uncomfortable and i would definitely like to be able to take such lessons again.

This was my forst time taking a private online pilates lesson. It was very enjoyable. Mai is very friendly and explains everything well. It helped me stay focused to have her talking me through everything, and the 45 minutes went by very quickly!
I thought it would be awkward to do mat worl while on camera, but i actually felt very comfortable since it was in my own home, and i would reccomend this to anyone wanting to try pilates.

I told him that I have back pain, he let me know some stretchings that I can easily follow. Also workout itself was pretty good. Recommended!

The training is great and very effective. David responds to the needs and creates a personal training which is hard but also fun. The change in the body is quickly visible.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness. My wrist hurt since I did too much weight training excecise and arm balance postures before the lesson that week.You paid careful attention to that and modified the lesson to adjust my condition. Now it doesn't hurt any more.See you next time!

She is on time for the lesson and shows demo first then I can follow up step by step. It is easy to make boby angles same as teacher because she explains these steps well on the screen with her proper yoga motion. Thank you Rum teacher!
