课程介绍
In this lesson, you’ll explore humorous short stories based on the theme “A _____ Gone Wrong”, where normal events like dates, job interviews, and family dinners end up in unexpected, funny situations. First, you’ll read the story, then you’ll answer questions to check your understanding. We’ll start with basic comprehension questions and then move on to more personalized questions. I’ll provide gentle guidance every step of the way and detailed feedback after the lesson.
This lesson will help you to learn useful vocabulary that you can use in everyday conversations, improve your reading and comprehension skills, understand how humour works in the English language, and practice speaking and listening by discussing the story. You’ll also practice sharing your own opinions about different elements of the story.
