Are you looking to upgrade your English level to sound more natural?
 
When you book this lesson I will send you a document with 10 native English phrases. They may be a mixture of phrasal verbs, idioms & expressions but what they will all have in common is that they will be useful expressions that I would use in typical daily conversation. 
 
It can be very tempting for teachers to tell you obscure idioms or phrases that sound quite fun but that we actually hardly ever use! This won't help you because if you start saying unusual expressions in casual conversation it can sound unnatural. So my promise to you is that I personally use these expressions myself, on a frequent basis. 
 
Some of them you may already be familiar with and that's fine, we can review and use them in new contexts. 
 
My worksheet will provide you with the phrase, the definition, and an example of my own. Before the lesson please look through the material and come up with at least 1 example of your own for each phrase. The most useful way of ensuring vocabulary and phrases stick is to make the examples relevant and personal to you wherever possible, which is why it's important to form your own new sentences as well as reading mine. 
 
During the lesson we will review your examples for grammar and I will ask you some questions about each one.  
 
Here is an example:
 
to practice what you preach (to follow the advice that you give to others)
 
"The nurse advised me to get at least 20 minutes of vigorous exercise per day, but admitted that she only manages to exercise twice a week. She's not practicing what she preaches!"
